Artwork Print Sizes
Unfortunately not all things online can be replicated accurately. So in order for us to achieve the best results for your garments, we ask that you size up your logos/designs on our online designer Visually rather than using the measurement values.
All orders are printed and replicated by our production team to match to your visual mockup.
If you require a Specific print size, please ensure to mention the required sizing in the “Customer Notes” section when placing your order.
For Help, please contact our team at email@example.com or 07 5722 444
Please note that although our manufacturers take great care in producing your product unfortunately due to constraints that are readily not manageable the sizing provided is only a nominal value. Exact sizing measurement value may vary slightly from what is listed online from batch to batch. This is generally the case with any brand of clothing.
We highly recommend that you check the listed garment sizing against your body measurements prior to placing an order with us to ensure that it is the correct fit for you. If a garment size it a close fit, we recommend going up 1 size to ensure it is not a tight fit. As all our items are custom printed and not off the shelf products, we unfortunately do not provide exchange or refunds on incorrectly chosen garment sizing.
As you know not all things can be replicated online accurately. Therefore please be aware that the garment colours displayed on our online store is in some cases not 100% accurate of the actual physical garment colour. If your order is colour critical, we recommend that you purchase a sample garment prior to placing your print order.
To mimimise shrinkage of your garments, it is highly recommended that all items are washed in cold water, using only standard detergents. Washing your garments this way will ensure you get the maximum possible life out of your product. We do not recommend using hot water and washing concentrates, bleaches and additives. This will reduce the longevity of your garment and print decoration. Click here to see our washing instructions
Unfortunately due to these constraints being out of our control we are unable to accept any refunds/returns on this basis.

How can I send you my artwork?
You can choose to email us your artwork along with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also directly upload your designs while using our free online designer when placing your order. Our preferred formats are vector files and high-resolution PDF,, CDR, TIFF, Illustrator EPS, PSD with all text converted to outlines. For non-vector files, 500dpi is ideal.
Why did you choose the printing method?
At Logo City, we have dedicated garment printing specialists with years of expertise. If customers have not specified their preferred printing method, our printing specialists will decide upon the optimum technique to be used, based upon the garment and design specifications.
What is the largest size image that you can print?
Images can be printed up to 38cm x 45cm and our online designer won’t allow you to exceed these dimensions. Sometimes you can add two or more images to the same garment.
Will the garment colour and print look exactly as it does on my screen?
All monitors are different and show colours differently, we make sure that actual garment colours are accurately reflected, but we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be the same as the real-life colours. It depends on your computer settings (brightness, contrast etc.).
When printing on garments, it is important to consider the fabric material and garment colour. The same colour value will look a bit different when printed on 100% cotton vs. a fabric with a polyester blend. In the same way, the same colour will look different when printed on light vs. dark-coloured garment. When printing with white base the same colour on one garment can look different if printed without the under base.
Will my image print well?
We print the image exactly as you give it to us. If you have uploaded a high-quality image, then it will print well. When uploading the image in online designer make sure that the image quality bar is in green colour.
Please note if you enlarge an image of low-quality resolution it will appear pixelated when printed out, even though it may look fine when placed on the preview on your screen. For best results upload a Vector file or 300dpi PNG image at the size you want it printed.
